As we prepare for the launch of the new Sensitive Claims Service on 1 December, existing ISSC suppliers and providers will need to consider how you can best support kiritaki through the transition to the new contract.

The tender for the new Sensitive Claims Service contract is now closed for suppliers. All applicants will be notified of the outcome of their application by no later than 2 September 2024.
