Supporting clients through the move to new Sensitive Claims Service
As we prepare to move to the new Sensitive Claims Service contract on 1 December 2024, it’s important to ensure kiritaki (clients) can continue to receive the treatment and services they need even if an existing supplier or provider isn’t moving on to the new contract. Our website now has helpful guidance for suppliers and providers about the transition process.
To ensure continuity of care, we’ve set up a transition period from 1 December 2024 up until 31 May 2025. This is to allow for kiritaki to be gradually transitioned to the new Sensitive Claims Service contract during their next check-in or reporting point.
