    welcome to our step-by-step guide on how
    to lodge an ACC45 claim in ProviderHub
    In this video we'll walk you through the
    process of sending a claim to
    ACC From the provider hub homepage under
    the health treatment heading click on
    claim lodgement to start a new ACC45
    claim If you need to pause working on
    the form you can save a draft by
    clicking the button at the bottom of any
    page after the first one
    You can resume a draft later by going
    back to the homepage and clicking on
    draft
    forms If you pause without saving you
    will be logged out after 15 minutes and
    will lose any information you've entered
    on the form To start with you'll be
    prompted to enter the patient's name and
    your provider
    ID It's essential to ensure this
    information is accurate to avoid any
    delays Next fill in the patient's
    details
    This includes their NHI number date of
    birth ethnicity address and contact
    details If you already have a claim
    number you can enter it here Otherwise
    leave this blank and one will be created
    for you once you send the form To help
    us make a cover decision quickly please
    ensure all patient details are
    correct Now enter the details of the
    accident This includes the date of
    injury scene location and a clear and
    detailed description of the accident The
    information required depends on your
    selections Next search the patient's
    occupation Please indicate if the
    patient is in paid
    employment If you select yes you'll need
    to enter additional employment
    information
    If you select no you won't have to
    complete the fitness for work section of
    the form Select the appropriate injury
    code type ICD10 read or snow med Enter
    the injury code select the injury side
    and provide a clear and detailed
    description of the injury For help with
    choosing the right read code refer to
    our resource on the ACC website Please
    note you'll only see the fitness for
    work section if you indicated that the
    patient is in paid employment Here you
    can select the level of fitness for work
    and the date range that this applies to
    To add another level of fitness for work
    and a different date range click add in
    capacity
    period If you have a return to normal
    work date you can enter that here You
    can indicate any further assistance
    required on this page If you want to
    create a referral start the process by
    selecting the referral type and adding
    referral notes To start another referral
    click
    add You can add up to five
    referrals Finally review all the
    information that you've entered Edit any
    section if
    necessary Read and complete the
    declaration and click send If you didn't
    add a claim number at the start of the
    form one will be created when you click
    send Once you've sent the form you can
    view it or download a PDF copy by going
    to the homepage and clicking sent
    forms Or if you want to complete a form
    that you've saved earlier go to draft
    forms and resume it there To check on
    the status of the claim you've sent us
    go to find claim by number and enter the
    claim

    information From the provider hub

    heading click on find claim by client
    Once you're on the find claim by client
    page you will need to fill out four
    mandatory fields starting with your ACC
    provider ID and vendor ID numbers You
    will also need the client's NHI number
    and their date of birth Before
    proceeding complete the privacy
    confirmation
    section After clicking search you will
    see a list of your client's claims from
    the past 5 years By default claims are
    sorted by the most recent accident date
    but you can change the sorting by
    clicking on any of the table headings
    The table shows the claim number cover
    status and a brief diagnosis description
    for each claim You can click view in the
    actions column to see the full details

    the claim is an accredited employer
    claim once you're on the find claim by
    number page you will need to fill out

    through the process of searching and
    viewing an
    invoice from the Provider Hub homepage
    under the finance heading click on find
    invoice on this page you have the option
    to search for a single invoice or
    multiple
    invoices let's start with the single
    invoice search
    enter the invoice number you want to
    check and click
    search here you can view a summary of
    the invoice details including payment
    status and status
    reason if you need to check another
    invoice click new search and enter a
    different invoice number to search for
    invoices at another vendor you work for
    return to the homepage and click change
    vendor to search for multiple invoices
    select the multiple invoices
    tab you must enter a date
    range you can also search by specific
    criteria like ACC provider ID claim
    number and
    status once you've entered your criteria
    click
    search a list of invoices will be
    displayed based on your search criteria
    in the summary view key information is
    displayed such as invoice number status
    and
    amount to view the full details of an
    invoice click view on the invoice you'd
    like to
    see remember you can always go back to
    the find invoice screen to check another
    invoice by clicking the new search

    homepage under the finance heading click
    on invoice for services
    ACC40 if you manage invoices for
    multiple vendors make sure to check the
    vendor ID that you're sending the
    invoice for if you need to pause working
    on the form you can save a draft by
    clicking the button at the bottom of any

    once you can see the correct code in the
    drop-own menu you must select it here
    depending on the service code you select
    you may be required to enter your
    provider
    ID when you're finished the line click
    save you can add up to 20 invoice lines
    and you need at least one line to send
    the form to edit or delete an invoice
    line click the drop-own menu and select
    either edit or delete to create a new
    invoice line from an existing one tick
    the box in the select column and click
    duplicate then click edit to change the
    necessary
    information you can see the running
    invoice total under your invoice lines
    once you've added all your invoice lines
    click next to go to the summary section
    finally review all the information that
    you've
    entered edit any section if
    necessary read and complete the
    declaration and click
    send if you didn't add an invoice number
    at the start of the form one will be
    created when you click
    send once you've sent the form you can
    view it or download a PDF copy by going
    to the homepage and clicking send forms
    or if you want to complete a form that
    you've saved earlier go to draft forms
    and resume it there to check on the

    to search for remission advice and
    provider Hub in this video we'll walk
    you through the process of searching for
    a single remittance or multiple
    remittances from the provider Hub
    homepage under the finance heading click
    on find remittance advice on this page
    you have the option to search for a
    single remittance or multiple
    remittances let's start with a single
    remittance
    search note that your ACC vendor ID is
    dis played first simply enter the
    payment reference number and click
    search to start with if you need to
    download the information you can choose
    all summary or details and click
    download view the remittance details and
    payment summary to get an overview of
    basic information such as the invoice
    number invoice date and amount paid view
    the payment details for more specific
    information like claim number service
    date and client name to view details of
    multiple remittances select the multiple
    remittances tab enter a payment date
    range and click search a list of all
    remittances within the selected payment
    date range will be displayed to see the
    remittance details payment summary and
    payment details for a particular payment
    click the view button under actions
