Requests for purchase orders under the ISSC due 20 November 2024
The deadline for submitting requests for new purchase orders, or changes to existing purchase orders, under the Integrated Services for Sensitive Claims (ISSC) contract is Wednesday 20 November 2024. This will allow enough time for them to be issued before Friday 30 November 2024.
No new purchase orders will be issued beyond Friday 30 November 2024 for the ISSC or Training for Independence for Sensitive Claims (TI-SC) contracts.
We’ve set up a transition period from Sunday 1 December 2024 until Saturday 31 May 2025. This is to allow for kiritaki (clients) to be transitioned to the new Sensitive Claims Service contract at the next check-in or reporting point. This is to ensure continuity of care and to manage the flow of kiritiaki over to the new service.
We will honour existing purchase orders (requested no later than Wednesday 20 November 2024) under the current ISSC contract or TI-SC contract up until Saturday 31 May 2025 (or earlier).
