Practice Management Systems and ACC, a great partnership
Recently an opportunity for Medtech customers to upgrade their software from Medtech32 to ‘Evolution’ has become confused with a change we have planned.
In March 2024, we notified PMS vendors that we're moving our API gateway for submission and query channels to MuleSoft. It is anticipated there will be minimal impact to users of PMS systems in making this change, except for users of MedTech32.
With Medtech’s focus on their newer PMS they chose not to update their Medtech32 product to support ACC’s MuleSoft changes. They are offering existing customers a free upgrade to ‘Evolution’ to encourage them to move off ‘32’.

All other PMS vendors have plans to upgrade their systems in alignment with ACC’s MuleSoft change timeline. Your PMS vendor will be in contact with you if there is anything you need to know or do regarding this change.
