Join us at an ISSC in-person session
In late October through November, we will be hosting in-person sessions at 18 locations across the country to discuss upcoming changes to the Integrated Services for Sensitive Claims (ISSC) contract.
The current ISSC contract will expire on November 30, 2024, and the new ISSC contract will take effect on December 1, 2024. We plan to release the new ISSC contract for tender in April 2024. This means that if you're an existing ISSC supplier and wish to continue offering your services, you'll need to submit a tender for the new contract.

Who should attend
These sessions are open to anyone interested in learning about the new ISSC contract. This includes existing ISSC suppliers and providers, as well as others who may be interested in tendering for the new ISSC contract.
We're also hosting virtual sessions for those who can't join us in person.
Session information
All in-person sessions will start at 1pm and end at 5pm. We welcome attendees to arrive at 12:30 pm to network with other participants and enjoy some tea and coffee. Afternoon tea will be provided.
Space is limited, so if you register for a session, please make sure to attend or let us know in advance if you're unable to make it.
We're also hosting virtual sessions for those who can't join us in person. Virtual sessions last 2.5 hours and begin at different times.
