We are closed on public holidays and weekends and have reduced operating hours over the Christmas holidays.
We may make earlier weekly compensation payments due to the public holidays.

The provider relationship team will be closed from 5pm on Tuesday 24 December 2024. They will reopen on Wednesday 8 January 2025.
Weekly compensation payments over the holidays
We may make earlier weekly compensation payments during the Christmas period because of the public holidays.
Payment dates will go back to normal from Friday 3 January 2025. This means you may have more than a week between a payment over the holiday period and your next usual payment. See the payment schedule here or check MyACC for your payment dates.

Extra income from your employer over the holidays
If your employer pays you for a public holiday or other holiday pay while you are receiving weekly compensation, please call and tell us. This is classed as income and will impact your weekly compensation. The public holidays over Christmas are 24 and 25 December, and 1 and 2 January.
If you receive a Christmas bonus, please call to tell us straight away.
If you get any income from your employer while also receiving weekly compensation, we’ll need to adjust your weekly compensation, so you don’t get overpaid. If you’ve been overpaid weekly compensation, we’ll ask for it to be repaid.
