Seeking your thoughts on the Initial Occupational Assessment (IOA) and Vocational Independence Occupational Assessment (VIOA) contract design

The current Initial Occupational Assessment (IOA) and Vocational Independence Occupational Assessment (VIOA) contracts expire on 30 April 2025, and we are preparing to go to market for these services later in 2024. 

In preparation for this, we are currently in the ‘design phase’ for the new service contract and would love to hear any feedback from Incumbent Providers or other Vocational Providers regarding IOA and VIOA services to date.
