Improving how we communicate and engage with you – survey coming soon

As part of making it easier for you to work with us, we want to continually improve the way we communicate and engage with healthcare suppliers and providers. 

Over the next couple of months, we’ll be contacting some of the providers and suppliers we work with to invite you to participate in a 10-minute online survey. 

Your feedback through this survey will help us build a better understanding of the suppliers and providers we work with and what you need from ACC, so we can better tailor the way we communicate and engage with you. 

The survey will cover a range of topics including the size and type of organisation you work in, how your organisation operates, what matters most to you, how you find working with ACC, and how you’d like us to communicate with you. 

We’ll be sending out two different surveys: 

  • One asking for feedback from the owners and managers of the healthcare organisations that work with us 
  • And a second survey asking providers and practitioners about your experiences working with us and how we can best keep you informed. 

We know it’s a busy and challenging time for the healthcare sector and your time is valuable. Thank you in advance for taking a few minutes to share your feedback with us. It will help us make improvements that will benefit your organisation and others like yours.
