Help shape the future ISSC contract this May
In May, our Integrated Services for Sensitive Claims (ISSC) evolution programme is coming to multiple locations throughout Aotearoa New Zealand. Join us to discuss how we’re evolving and strengthening the support we provide survivors of sexual violence.
We’ve collected recommendations about ways to improve different aspects of a survivor’s journey and experience when they access support . This feedback has come through our multiyear engagement with:
- providers
- suppliers
- survivors
- client advocates
- professional bodies
- government agencies.
Many of these recommendations will feature in the new ISSC contract, which goes live December 2024.
In-person engagement sessions
Join us face-to-face in May to discuss four areas that are in early design stage for the new contract, which include:
- a new ‘front door’ entry point for survivors to access ACC support
- a more streamlined assessment process
- creating more flexible service offering for everyone
- cultural safety and uplift for ISSC providers.
We will also have an interactive discussion about how we can support providers to successfully deliver sensitive claims services and improve client outcomes.
By participating in these engagement sessions, you’ll be helping to shape the future ISSC contract.
Who should attend
These half-day sessions are open to:
- existing ISSC suppliers and providers
- organisations and providers who may want to work with us in the future
- people who support survivors and want to understand more about what we are changing.
We’ll also have time for some whanaungatanga so you reconnect and meet others in your field.
These sessions fulfil the contractual requirement for existing ISSC suppliers to attend a supplier engagement session.
