Are you invoicing for your services at the new rates?
If you received a contract variation that took effect on 1 July, you should now be invoicing at the new rates for services.
Contact us if you haven’t received a contract variation and believe you should have. To invoice correctly you may need to manually update your system or download the most recent update of your PMS software.

Invoicing for services provided over a period that includes both old and new rates?
Itemise these separately to clearly show the service period at the old rate, and the service period at the new rate.
Cost of Treatment Regulations
If you are one of the following providers, you will invoice us under the Cost of Treatment Regulations:
- Dentist
- GP, nurse or nurse practitioner working in an urban general practice
- Medical specialist not working under the Clinical Services or Elective Surgery contracts
- Allied health provider not working under the Allied Health Services contract
- Radiologist not working under the High Tech Imaging contract
On 1 April 2023, we implemented several pricing changes to Cost of Treatment Regulations. We are still receiving many invoices at the old rates. You may need to manually update your system or download the most recent update of your PMS software. If you continue to bill us at the old rates, we will pay your invoice as claimed.
