We welcome you to apply for a Residential Support contract at any time, and agree your rates with us. There are many advantages to having an ACC contract including:
- agreed rates for both short-term and long-term residents. In your application, you need to confirm what services you provide and how much this will cost for kiritaki (clients) who have low, medium, and high injury-related care needs
- easier and more consistent invoicing and payment processes
- access to an Engagement and Performance Manager to support contract issues.
