Employer Reimbursement Agreement (ERA) updates on MyACC for Business

We’ve updated some elements for Employer Reimbursement Agreement (ERA) in MyACC to improve performance, reliability and functionality.
Key changes include:
- First and subsequent incapacities have been added to the claim information
- Closed and opted out claims are now only available in the CSV download, and only contain previous payments
- Search can be completed by claim number or employee name, not IRD number, and search tips will appear if no claims match the search criteria
- A maximum of 25 claims will display on each page and these are ordered by newest to oldest payment date
