Learn how to Ride Forever and get cash back
If you sign up for a Ride Forever Gold course, we’ll give you back $200 of your motorcycle registration.
Our beautiful motu (country) has some of the most scenic rides in the world and riding skills are needed to get the most enjoyment from riding them. Ride Forever can give all motorcyclists the skills to get the most out of every ride.
So it’s always a great time to sign up for a Ride Forever course but do so now and your bank account will get a boost as our Motorcycle Rego Cashback programme has returned, allowing eligible riders to claim back up to $200 on their rego.
And that’s not the end of the good news, it’s now easier to qualify than ever.
A pilot of the cashback scheme ended in June 2021 but there’s no need to worry if you missed out on the chance then.
It’s now open to anyone who didn’t claim last time, as well as those who did – so there’s no stopping you getting some of your hard-earned cash back!
Here’s how it works:
- You have to take a Ride Forever Gold course after 1 November 2021. If you’ve already taken one after that date then you’re able to apply now. If not, book yourself in for a course near you. All you need to do is complete one Gold course, so things are much simpler than the last cashback. Check with your chosen provider about the suitability of a Gold course for you.
- You must have held your Full Class 6 Motorcycle Licence for at least two years (that’s down from the five years required in the last cashback).
- You apply via the portal on the Ride Forever website. All you need to do is upload a photo of your current rego, enter your motorcycle licence number and supply your bank account number.
- We can check in our records that you took the required Gold course in the correct timeframe (the offer is open until 30 June 2023). If you meet the criteria, we’ll deposit $100 in your bank account!
- In 12 months’ time we’ll send you a reminder email and you can then apply for your second payment. Just upload a copy of your new rego label and, once again, you’ll get $100 cash back on the cost.
So there’s never been a better time to get some Ride Forever coaching and reach the Gold level. Every rider gets something out of their course to help them enjoy each ride safely, plus the added bonus of $200 in your account.
