Getting your claim sorted with MyACC

We're going online to make it easier for you to access support and information about your claim.
If you have an ACC claim, you might see an invitation in your inbox to join MyACC, our new online platform. It's a quick and easy way to do things you'd normally do over the phone or in person at an ACC branch. You can even use it to reach your case owner or request extra support to recover from your injury.
MyACC is available to anyone who is likely to need our direct support. It makes it easier for you to:
- check your payments from ACC, such as dates and amounts
- update your details
- contact your case owner or recovery team
- let us know information about your return to work
- check when your medical certificate may expire.
You can also request further support to help you in your recovery. This includes:
- weekly compensation
- reimbursements for mileage or pharmaceuticals
- taxis
- support equipment for around your home
- home help.
After a successful trial last year, we're now making MyACC available to anyone who has a recent injury and is likely to need direct support from ACC in their recovery. It's also available to the majority of people who are already receiving our support.
You can access MyACC in a browser on your computer or mobile phone. To register for MyACC you'll need the registration code which one of our team will send you via email or text message.
